Meet My Banjo!
This is a truly wonderful instrument! Handcrafted in the U.S. A. by Richelieu it sounds as good as it looks. I looked long and hard for my banjo and I wasn't going to just buy anything. After much looking and research, I decided on the Richelieu Banjo for my choice. I AM GLAD THAT I DID! The attention to detail and sound is unmatched by any other that I have found. It was truly a good surprise when I opened the case and saw it for the first time. Then when I played it....... well, what can I say? One of the main reasons that I picked Richelieu, was that they build only Banjos. The other thing about them is they don't treat the Tenor or Four String Banjo like a step child to be hid in the corner and not talked about. Most company's today, that are making banjos, only make the Five String. Gibson, they used to be one of the best, will only make a Tenor through their Custom Shop! Others talk about making them on special order, but at my age, I wanted some time to play it after I got it! I would recommend the Richelieu Banjo to anyone who really wants to play banjo.
